Types of accomodation....!!
In ireland there are many different types of accomodation, but some so us aint so lucky and have nowhere to live. These people are known as homeless people.
| Bungalow-This is a family home. |
| Appartment blocks- this is where most college students live. |
Old people nowadays dont have to stay at home alone, they can all stay together in an old folks home. Old people feel safer here as they are with friends and have people to look after them. When an old person is sick they can be sent to an old folks home, so if something is to happen that person, they would have the help straight away.
Some children dont even get to be at home to agrue as they have been sent away to boarding schools. here they have to go to school and stay the night, they are allowed to go home to visit at the weekends if they want to.

Respect..!!
To live together with the same person most of your life you need to treat them with respect because you would like to be treated the same way. If you are a married couple, you have already shown the sign of respect for eachother as you shared eachothers vows at the church. If you are living with college friends, you have to show respect or else you wont get along well. RESPECT is a BIG thing in our day to day life....

Arguments...!!
Arguments typically arise in the home place no matter what they would be about. It could be about playing games, not agreeing with eachother or just over something stupid, but sometimes it can be serious. People come up with different ways of avoiding these arguments!!
But not all arguments come from a family home. Students living with one another always fall out, mostly over stupid things. They might not talk 2 one another for a couple of days bt soon they make back friends and usually go for a drink...!!!

Student Life..!!
Firstly you move away from home and rent a house or appartment with a couple of mates. From here on students apply for part time jobs as they need money for bills, facilities, etc. Student life can be fun as you get to go out as most collages are based in towns. Student life can also be stressfull as you have your studies to do and be able to keep up with your part time job, which can be difficult.

Marriage...!!
Marriage is different in Ireland than it is in other places of the world as you have to marry the opposite sex/gender. Gay/lesbian mariage has not yet been brought in to our country.
Couples in Ireland usually marry at the age range of their 20's. They usually then decide to plan their families by having 2 or 3 kids. Families arent as big as they were years ago as families could have up to 8 or 9 kids, while living in small 2 bedroom houses.

Temptations and influences..!!
Many married couples in Ireland today divorse. It has only happened most recently and is definatly more common among the irish nowdays rather than a few years back. Nobody know's the reason for this but it could be the possibility that the married couples of Ireland now know what they are entitled to and so refer to their options when in difficulty.
